I have purchased Byjus course for LKG and UKG, Byjus team informed me that if you didn’t like the course we can cancel the order before 14 days. I sent mail to them for cancellation, But they are not cancelling the order. They are just doing time pass. But not cancelling my order. Customer care telling that your mentor only can take the decision. But mentor not accepting for cancellation of order. Kindly guide me.
