I had to pay my first payment of RS 1000 for axis bank when I tried paying it in the Axis bank app I paid it through upi the request of the amount came from indiaideas@icici I paid it but I didn’t get any confirmation from axis bank .when I called to customer care they told me that amount is not credited to them but the amount is debited from my bank account please refund the amount
