Hello,
My name is Shihabudheen and I work for a private company in the UAE. I opened a Paytm postpaid account two years ago with a 500-rupee limit. I used this account to recharge my mobile for around 3 to 4 months and I believe I paid all my dues. After that, I didn’t use the account anymore.
During my last vacation in January, I received many calls from Paytm customer care informing me that I had outstanding payments due and that I needed to pay immediately. I paid all my dues even though I didn’t receive an account statement (I have attached screenshots for your reference) because my Paytm postpaid account was blocked at that time and I couldn’t access it.
Recently, I checked my CIBIL score and was shocked to find that I had around 10 payments due on my Paytm postpaid account totaling more than 2000 rupees. This issue has also negatively impacted my CIBIL score. I have tried contacting customer care to check my postpaid account, but it is still blocked. I have also tried to make payments, but unfortunately, I cannot because my account is blocked.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and find a solution on an urgent basis.
