I ordered OutPetcare Housetraining AID for puppies, 500ml on 02-July-2023 from AMAZON.
Order ID- 408-0613784-1093929;
Order price- INR 710;
Mode of payment- COD
Wrong package was delivered to me on Monday,10th July,2023 containing some wooden photo frame in place of my original product.
I raised complaint on Amazon customer support multiple times but their team asked me to wait till 16th Juuy,2023 as they are investigating on it.
Today when I raised a call back request , it took 34 mins for the team to connect me with the concern team .
As per their investigation their resolution is that same product has been delivered to me.
I have also shared pictures with Amazon.
