Text of Complaint by Yashvardhan Didwania:

I had orderd a Coffee and a slice cake from Third Wave Coffee on Swiggy. When the order arrived , it was completely spilled, the bag was dripping. Just as I was telling the delivery driver, he ran away. When I opened the bag, the cup was empty, and the spilled coffee had also spoiled my cake. When I reached out to Swiggy customer support via email , they said they are unable to provide any resolution
