I’m using JIO prepaid SIM from past 3-4 years. From 27th Feb 2022 all the services were disconnected from this number. That number I was using from last 3-4 years or even more than that also. it was having valid recharge and validity as well. while checking with customer care they said that the number got disconnected from system due to some document missing/ mismatch. after that they don’t have any information like what all things are missing or documents needed. there is no proper communication for this. They should have called or send sms or mail communicated over this issue. but without even letting the customer know they simply choose to disconnect the number.
That number was registered with some banks, jio fibre and other accounts as well. not I am not able to operate bank account online due to unavailability of OTP, neither getting notification if jio fibre approaching to expiry.
there has to be prior communication before taking such action. Due to there poor planning now customer has to suffer it.
