Xstream id:06124009211 Bband connection is not working from more than 10 days.Complaints have been filed but no action.No response from Engineers.The issue has been escalated many times but they dint responded properly.I took the connection of 100mbps worth Rs 2829 but unable to use due to complete shutdown.earlier the speed was 0.1kbps but from 14th June there is no connectivity.spoke to customer services more than 100 times but everytime they just says our team is working but there is no resolution.I have all the recordings of their conversation
