Hi Paytm Team,
I have mentioned in several emails, but you people are not understanding the calculation yet.
As per the below email total amount refunded is Rs.7594/-
But you people have initiated a refund only for Rs.4764/- ( which I have received it).
But convenience fee is Rs.279/- per person, so for two its Rs.558/-
So I am yet to receive Rs.2272/- (Rescheduled Charges)
Kindly refund my money otherwise I will escalate to an extreme level to ban the paytm app as it is not understanding the refund policy.
