Text of Complaint by Ravi Prakash:

I had purchased one water purifier (Aquaguard Ritz RO+UV+UF+SS from Amazon on 08.10.2022, by using my credit card. I had availed no cost Emi as well as exchange offer for my old Kent Pearl water purifier and for that I got a discount of Rs.2050.30 and 2050 respectively. But since the product delivered by Amazon was defective so I contacted their customer care and they arranged for an exchange for the same item. But again the new product delivered by them was more defective, so I informed Amazon through their customer care and as per their advice I returned the defective item, which was collected by them on 18.10.2022. Now they have refunded Rs.13247.70 to my credit card against the payment of Rs. 13347.70 made for emi(Rs. 100.00 short credit), refund of Rs. 651.00 to my Amazon pay balance against Rs.651.00 paid( complete refund) while Amazon has neither returned back my exchanged product that was my old Kent water purifier, nor they have refunded the value for exchange of Rs.2050.00 offered during purchase. Since 18.10.2022 I am contacting Amazon customer care and getting time pass reverts only. Rather they had sent mails confirming that refund of Rs.4050.00 issued by their end on 20.10.2022 and again they sent mail that refund of Rs.4100.00 has been issue to my credit card which will be credited in next 24-48 hours, but after getting no credit by their side till today, again I contacted them for the refund related information but again they are telling to wait for 3-5 working days, which has become intolerable now. Due to the defected product delivery of water purifier I had incurred a loss of more than Rs2500.00 and not received the value for my exchanges product also till date. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and help me out to get the resolution as I am being harassed by Amazon and feeling cheated by Amazon as I have suffered a lot during last 10 days due to their unprofessional behavior. Kindly help me out for getting the refund of my exchanged product at the earliest.
