The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered 3 products i,e. A blazer, a jacket, and a sweatshirt for Rs. 1137 by prepaid online payment.
I received only a blazer on 21st September. Rest 2 products were never sent.
Even after continuous complaining, they are not ready for any refund.
When I ordered 3 products, either I should get 3 products or If the company cannot handle orders and delivery, they should refund the money
Or, they have created this company for such online frauds of extracting money from customers
It occurred on: 21/09/2021
I want an immediate refund of Rs.1137 in indian rupees to my original payment account.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
