This is to draw your kind attention to the fact that the Jio Customers of PURAINI At- Tadibada Gaon PIN Code- 221711 District- BALLIA Uttar Pradesh face a lot of problem due to frequent Network failure and Call Drop.
Frequent Call Drop and Network disappearance irritates us and cause bad Impression to the other party.
We have made several complaint about the problem but no action has been taken so far. Recent Complaint reference number SR00001FL89L also didn’t yield any positive result .
Since, the majority population of the villagers are illiterate so they do not raise the issue but this does not mean that everything is going well here. After every complaint we get false assurance that the Network Coverage will be improved within 15 days. But we never get any positive result.
It is alleged that the local Network operator is the main culprit behind this issue.
Therefore, We request you to Kindly take effective steps to get us rid off this issue at the earliest.
