Text of Complaint by Pradeep Kumar:

Hi Team,
I have purchased an internet plan from Airtel on 26th March.
when I try to download something then the speed was very slow, when I asked them about my speed as a Proof then whole customer care representative are saying they can’t share that information.

I am sure that they have not provided me the committed speed across my subscription.
I am requesting them to show me proof that download speed and upload speed which has been promised against my plan is been provided by they are denying to show or give me any logs.

Only with basis of those logs we can ask for compensation but they are simple just Verbally saying we have provided.

I am requesting you to look into this matter and take action accordingly to get those information for whole 4 month for everyday so that we customer can fight for compensation and know that whether they are providing the promised speed or not.
