Booked a flight from Varanasi to Delhi on 17th Oct, through Travolook. But as soon as i booked , i got call from team Travolook that due to fare expiration, either pay 1000 more or cancel the ticket. I opted for cancellation, n asked how many days ll it take for my amount to credited back? They told max 7-10 working days. Since then i calls them every week, n every week they are answering sir u ll get money in next 3-4-5 days. Only false commitment n complete harassment. M wondering how such fraud company is working n government is taking no action? I voice records of their customer care even. Always false promises, n its been nearly 2 month . M still waiting for my money. Kindly someone please help me.
