2 yers back i bought a Motorola TV. Recently i observed that there is small issue with the screen. As i am having the complate protection Plan i raised the repair request. It went to Jeeves (Flipkart having support type) then Jeeves person came to check the issue. He said TV need to send to service centre for repair which we agreed and send the tv to serve centre. Few days back i got a email and call saying that “we are unable to repair your TV hence we will give you the refund which is 1000 . 2 yers back that same tv cost me for 12500 aprox now the same TV cost is 19000. I don’t want refund. I just want my tv back in se condition as they taken from my house.
