Respected Sir/Madam,
I have process to take a loan from Jai Prakash Finance
I have charges/fees have been applied to which were not clearly disclosed at the time of loan agreement. The details are as follows:
• Extra charges amount: ₹699
• Type of charge: (processing fee / penalty / interest / other)
• Date of deduction: 21/03/2026
These charges were not communicated or agreed upon by me. This is unfair and against RBI guidelines for transparent lending.
I request you to:
1. Provide a detailed breakdown of all charges applied
2. Refund the unauthorized charges immediately
If this issue is not resolved within 7 days, I will escalate the matter to RBI Ombudsman.
