Respected Sir/Madam:
This is for your kind information, as i am facing network issues in the airtel network for the past 1 year and it has not been resolved yet. I started calling the customer care daily to resolve my network issue but there is no sign of response from their side. I am facing critical network issue from inner and outer of my area, even i am unable to attend the conference meeting over whatsapp or zoom video meeting. Not only from my side, my whole residential area is feeling the same. I am paying you the airtel bill without using any of its benefits, my situation in here is even if i want to upload any sort of documents if have carry my PC, laptop and stuffs to near-by area to send the document, the situation is getting too worse now i am also facing issues in voice services too. I am unable to attend the office meetings, and iam getting LOP(loss of pay) for this. I will attach my residential address and contact number below.
