Respected sir, I have allocated with a form filling job from above mentioned company. But they did not provided me any other details of that company except the address, helpline number and mail ID. But they are fake, when i called them, it was indicated as wrong number and mail ID address cannot be found. They called to my number from different Mobile numbers and asked me to pay utility charges for failure in QC report as per agreement.
I made a payment as per agreement but again they are calling for a money which have not mentioned in the agreement.
As i am a student, i did this job for my sake and for necessary spendings and due to this pandemic situation. As per my knowledge this company using a logo called TECHNOCRAFT SOLUTION, as i attached below, but this logo is belonged to US company which is located in OHIO, US.
Please take serious action against this company and i have received advocate notice without phone number and necessary details. But the same advocate notice has been filed by someother person in this consumer complaints court, which has same name and address. I will attach the same in below for reference purpose.
So this notice and the company are fraudulently running business and they haven’t provided any valid details of their names and addresses.
I have proofs for everything.
