Text of Complaint by Mr Vijay A Waware:

 I would like to draw your kind attention on the electricity tariff bill charges in the month of Jan and Feb 2020 viz 1770. Whereas , in subsequent months  is more than 12 times which is not agreeable to me and might be  anybody else . 
 
I have been getting a very excess bill for the last 6 months; the bill appears to be inflated as I know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to high bill (Using one 4 led light and two fan but  one fan in night time only , AC not working Freeze single door  ).Today, I was shocked to receive the current electricity bill no. 100966814531 for an amount of Rs. 9180.00, along with a reminder letter for pending payment. Wherein, you have mentioned that above said amount includes the unpaid amount of previous.  I would like to bring to your notice that   My Monthly electricity bill amounts generally range between Rs 1300 to Rs 1500, before the period of nationwide lock down. There were no changes in electricity requirements.   But in the period of lockdown viz, the bill for these months is almost 12 to 15 times the amount of my regular bills received earlier.   

The electricity bill message has been received for Rs-5580/-, accordingly amount has been paid on 17th June 2020 receipt no. Ghili17062005723  (scan copy attached)

2.       The electricity bill no.  101952869742  date 24.06.2020 for Rs- 12890.00  same was paid  Receipt no.  MID211072018616  Dated 15th july 2020. (Copy enclosed)

 

   During the payment of the above electricity bill I have already registered a complaint about the overcharged electricity bill. But unfortunately till date there has been no action has been taken on subject matter.  Now again I have received the current electricity bill no. 100966814531 for an amount of Rs. 6480.00.   Further I hereby conveyed that I investigated the matter from my side to find out the error and I noticed that the bill is erroneous, whereas I already paid my all the dues amount. Also, I have checked my bill online and didn’t find any outstanding bill or amount.
