I am a user of jio fiber 91120-3537541 Devender kumar Gholya from Jan ,earlier everything was ok but from last 1 month I am having a tough time in jus the span of 3 months remote stopped working properly and when I register a complaint I was asked to pay rs 600 (Generally a remote comes for 200)I agreed to that as well but every time I register a complaint it get a closed without solving it. 2 SR no. are SR 000011C4KX and sr000011754B
