Hello sir, Myself Vishal Ghadge ,i am your existing airtel consumer .Today i faced some problem with Airtel service.i used internet today around 1 hour ,and received message that you have used your daily data whereas i just used only for around one hour ,for assitance i have called customer care excutive where i am not getting proper response and respect. The female excutive not giving my problems proper solution and irrespecting me with unnecessary call waiting when i ask her for call transfer to Seniour excutive. Very ruthless behaviour of excutive. this is the reason for consumer of airtel switching to other users. I am very old customer of airtel but today i feel that airel have no culture and respect. My complaint against to your excutive whose name is Aisha choudhary with ref.id.10618266811 is very mannerless. When i talked with seniour excutive Sameer with ref.id10618267917 is still not answer proper manner. Dear sir mine very kind request to you pls take serious action against the excutive. All reference I’d which has been given by the excutive are false. This is the way of working airtel. They are not loyal and trustworthy. They spoke lie very confidently… MINE REQUEST PLS TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM OTHERWISE I HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION..
