To Amazon India,
I wish to raise complaint against Amazon India regarding Not Delivering Product. And false commitments against delivery status of product, that I purchased on Amazon on Date 08-08-2020

After the long discussion, and mail communication with Amazon India Customer care , I am not getting satisfactory feedback regarding my complaint, so I am sending this complaint to your customer support department along with CGSI (Consumer Affairs Govt. of Maharashtra )
I am complaining because ,When I first learned of this problem on 16th aug 2020, I contacted Five times to Amazon Customer care, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem they only suggest me to cancel order and refund. Amazon has failed three times on delivery 16th Aug, 21st Aug, & 25th Aug. As I have paid in advance for product,Bank EMI also debited from the Bank account. I should get the product on time And Amazon should assure product delivery. Apart from this I am not getting proper answers from amazon india.
Purpose of the order and the human sentiments are totally spoiled due to the improper service from amazon.I believe that this response is unfair from that much good and reputed organization like Amazon. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 4 day I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. Also I will take help of social networking.
