I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the persistent issues I have been facing with my two-wheeler. I have been experiencing the following problems:
1. Overheating: My two-wheeler tends to overheat excessively, especially during extended rides or heavy traffic situations. This issue not only affects the performance of the vehicle but also raises concerns regarding its durability and safety.
2. Hard Clutch: The clutch mechanism in my two-wheeler has become increasingly stiff and requires excessive force to engage or disengage. This makes gear shifting a challenging task and significantly compromises the overall riding experience.
3. Continuous Radiator Running: The radiator of my two-wheeler operates continuously even when the engine is not under heavy load or during cooler weather conditions. This constant running of the radiator is not only an inconvenience but also leads to increased fuel consumption and unnecessary wear and tear.
4. Sensor Malfunction: There seems to be a malfunction in one of the sensors of my two-wheeler, which affects the accuracy of various readings and indicators on the instrument panel. This unreliable information creates confusion and compromises my ability to monitor the vehicle’s performance effectively.
These persistent issues have not only caused inconvenience but have also resulted in increased maintenance and repair costs. I have taken my two-wheeler to your service center on multiple occasions for the same problems, but the solutions provided have been temporary or ineffective.
I except the company to pull back the vehicle and want my hard earned money back
