My name is Mahendra U Rao, pls. treat this letter as an complaint towards exorbitant bill for month of August, 2020 due dated 16-09-2020.
I have received August month bill wherein you have mentioned month’s unit consumption 724 as per your reading and raised bill for sum of Rs.6,700/-.
