Hello Sir, I am Dhivakar using this Airtel postpaid number for the past 15 years. I am facing an issue in deactivating the data booster pack in Airtel app so my money was deducted for this booster pack without my knowledge. so I called Airtel customer care thrice but all the three calls have been disconnected by the customer care people without proper response.
Below are the reference number for the complaints raised and details of the contacted customer care support persons
1. Registered Complaint Token number of Airtel 31-3689130859749Call attended by Senior Supervisor Sanjay-This person disconnected his call during the conversation without proper response.
2.Likewise another person disconnected the call in between without proper response and sent thanks note without solving the issue with Reference number 31-3689022872024 on 02/08/2021 at 10:51:37
3. Another Reference number 31-3689125427571 on 2/8/2021 at 02:23
First thing, I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible and also I need action to be taken on these 3 persons who have not provided enough support to my call and disconnected my call. I request you to notify me on the steps taken on these persons and the status of my issue. If I don’t get any response in 2 days I will be changing my network because of these people’s irresponsibility.
