Text of Complaint by mohd ajmal:

Facts of the Case:

That on [date of purchase], I purchased CAMPUS STREET-RUN Running Shoes For Men through Flipkart’s online platform (Order ID: OD335278227860919100) from seller HSAtlastradeFashion.

I paid an amount of ₹1003 in cash (Cash on Delivery) at the time of receiving the parcel.

The product was delivered to me on 27th August 2025. Upon opening the parcel, I was shocked to find that the shoes delivered were old, used, and worn out, instead of new branded shoes as advertised.

I immediately raised a complaint with Flipkart customer support and requested a replacement/refund, but my grievance was not resolved despite repeated follow-ups.

The seller’s conduct amounts to fraud, deficiency in service, and unfair trade practice.

Flipkart, being the e-commerce platform, is equally responsible for allowing fraudulent sellers on its marketplace.
