Hello I want to complaint against the recovery department from zest money who are been threatening me to visit my place and call my reference for recovery where as all i m asking them is some time to pay the due and incase they want they can send me a recovery notice as per the RBI guidelines.But all they do is call me from 100 spam number a day due to which I have to put my phone on dnd and now they have started this from what’s app number which are situated at delay. I understand my dues are beyond 90 days but all i m asking for is 48 hours to close my loan.
