Sir,
Recently i bought a product from pepperfry.The product is karl solid wood tv console in rustic teak finish.The order date is 11Th april 2021. order id is 307089869. I purchased this product for around 17000rs after discount.I received the product after 2 months because shippement got delayed due to covid pandemic. After few days of installement i noticed a gap in the main joints and fixtures.I have not used this product yet.The product is under warranty,Sooner i raised a complaint and a furniture specialists from pepperfry inspected the product.He told me it cannot be repaired but will get replaced . But sir nobody is responding even after raising so many complaint requests about the same.
