I have taken amount of Rs.14 loan from galaxycard few months back after that i changed my phone and it was slipped from my mind to clear the due and they use to send messages regarding this due at that time i made mistake i shouldn’t ignore this message and take the necessary action on this issue. Yesterday 13th of October at 6.55 PM I have started getting calls from my contacts people they are getting such message with contain JAYDEV MISHRA is adding you as as reference on galaxycard, to avoid legal action/police FIR against them after receive this kind of message my fellow contacts people are getting afraid and in my home they are fully upset about it. At the right moment i started searching payment link which i earlier got received from Galaxycard and all sudden i make the payment and i put a email to customer support team of galaxycard with payment screenshot and i asked them to give me a confirmation of payment received along with it importantly send a email with contains again you will not get such kind of threaten after make the payment. But in reply what they have been mentioned in email at while downloading the application you accept your app permission to access your contacts, photos and messages and once you failed to make the payment we are access your contact and send them message to ignore more legal action against you. My concern is as per Debt recovery laws debt collectors aren’t allowed to threaten, harass, or publicly shame you Lenders cannot take the law in their own hands. After make the payment i am keep on following the customer team of Galaxycard to give the confirmation email with contains towards assurance for to do not disturb me and my contacts people in future. Here i am feeling unsecure about the future if they will again start messaging contains with disrespectful words towards my reputation.
Therefore i request to pls look into this matter and help me by taking necessary action on this issue.
