1. I am asma, as I have booked the ticket on dated 18.12.2023 for the trip of journey on the same day i.e. 18.12.2023 at 23:35 IST, i.e. at 11:35 P.M. from Guduru to Hyderabad and the Boarding Point Location is Guduru Bypass where the PNR No. IC648465648158 through a third party ABHI BUS service with booking ID : AW5815653593 with a bus partner IntrCity SmartBus, where Bus Type: 2+1(46) AC, Volvo, Eicher Seater, Sleeper…Etc., where my seat No. is 1UB and Service No. 259 and dropping point is Lakdikapul, Hyderabad location.
I have booked to the location because there is no boarding point for this service has mentioned for any bus stop or any public roaming areas so with the need and in urgency basis I have booked the ticket to board in the location as there in no option for me and not known that city properly so without any person support I came 2 hours prior but as per the statement of your message 15 minutes prior only but instead of that hoping for the earliest arrival means it will be a problem as I am new to the city and not able to take the chance so came prior 2 hours itself and waiting in the guduru bypass hotel is there, and waiting for the arrival of the bus.
I waited and seeing the GPS track and calling to the customer care number of abhi bus and intrcitysmart bus for the bus driver number or any updation of the location as GPS is not showing properly so with the help I can feel safe as with the hope of bus arrival time and location but no one respond to me and abhibus sharing only the customer care number and when I said and share my problem also that in bypass road there is Bar also there where it is problematic to me so that I can get to know means I can stand near the restaurant where it is in other side so it will be safe to me but it is hopeless as well to me and all get into vain with no information from Abhibus and with the intrcity smart bus app, even I made a request to notify the driver when it is near itself but that is also get into vain and hopeless with the information and updation in GPS.
4. I am here states that, as I have taken a screen shot of the track of GPS where with out stopping in the Boarding Point Location of Guduru Bypass the bus moved away where there are 2 more persons – male are waiting for the Vijayawada bus as a witness and evidence (they are ready to come as witness for further record), without picking me from that point and with in tense I cried a lot with the insecurity in the middle of the road and don’t know what to do that to on the bypass road that to in the mid hours as a lady I felt very insecure but with the intention to catch the bus I am calling to the customer care with another mobile continuously and even my husband from Hyderabad location calling to the customer care and asking you the details as well and I taken a tempo – transport and then the customer care person responded and said simply that the bus moved towards Nellore and will arrange the bus and also will give the information to the booked bus driver and with the help of tempo person Mr. Srinivas and mean while I got the call from the Booked bus cleaner and said they will wait near the Nellore bypass and will pick me, but with the help of the tempo driver I boarded the bus but that time I have taken very much tension and as already I am suffering with the back injury and with this tension my health got so much effected and as a lady also you people have not taken consideration to take safety terms and safety lines and avoided the pickup from the boarding point is a crime for not to taken safety issue and liable to pay the damages for the health effected because of their negligence.
