Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I wish to complain about my product Samsung S21 FE, which I purchased on 25th March’22.

I bought this phone
S21 FE in March this year
It had only been 4 months when I started giving me problems, following are few of the major issues that i have been facing with this phone :-

– Has two red lines on the top right corner, there is some internal issue with the phone
– It hangs a lot, it’s only 40 -50 GB occupied in 124gb
– It shuts down on its own whenever it wants
– It overheats within 20 to 25 mins of usage
– Doesn’t respond many times.

I am a working person and I am currently studying also, I bought this phone thinking it will make my work a little easier and faster.
It is difficult for me to get a day off to get the phone checked. I have taken the phone twice to the service centers
I have taken it to the Okhla service center as well
wherein they had reinstalled the software in it, the reinstalling took almost 2hours for my phone
Where else for others it was hardly an hour. i waited for 3 hrs or more to get my phone checked and even after that all they told me that there is some major issue with your phone ,and you should extend the warranty.

I am not stupid to not see what they are doing…

I want to get this phone exchanged for a new one
As it is under warranty right now and the company should fix it.
The phone cost me around 60 thousand, it is not a cheap phone and I really saved up a lot to buy it. It’s very disheartening to see Samsung do this with their customers…

There are some issues which even the service center people are not able to detect. all they said was to get the warranty period extended and that the phone has some major issues which will cost me a lot in future .
I would request you to please replace this phone for a new one. There is some internal issue with it, there has been no external damage to the phone.
Also, I have been reaching out to Samsung associates for several days (through chats and calls) but again no resolution yet. I believe that this behavior is unacceptable because customer’s complaint need to be heard asap, especially by a renowned brand like Samsung. I have been a Samsung user for ages, never expecting that my experience with S21 FE is going to be worse.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this issue, in a formal written statement. Considering the behavior of the staff till now, if I do not hear from you within 2 days I will file a complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
