Text of Complaint by Niji:

Dear Sir/Madam,
 
This letter serves as a formal complaint and request for return & a full refund on the product that I bought from your company, through your Online Store Flipkart.
 
I purchased Samsung Galaxy F23 5G 128GB Aqua Blue colour mobile on 26th September 2022 from your online store and paid a total amount of Rs.13528/-. I got the product delivered on 28th September 2022.
 
On 29th September, I noticed a black line and black circle on the right side of the screen and touch was not working. I instantly complained to the customer support team but, they’re not helpful and told me to contact the Samsung store for rectifying the defect. I took the product to the Samsung centre and was informed that the product I got your store was duplicate and they can’t help it. I again contacted the customer support team multiple times and they told that they’ve raised a complaint internally on this and to wait till they get response from the seller so that they can take the product back. After waiting for around a week, I finally got a response that the seller has agreed to take the product back and issue full refund. But, when the courier staff came to collect the item, he required the IMEI number inside from the phone to register with from that phoneand to be tagged with the request and then only he can take it back.As the touch was not working, he was unable to get the IMEI and hence he left without the package. They tired to register from their device with IMEI number which is pasted over the back side of the phone but it got failed.I again contacted the customer support and the whole process repeated.
 
I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a return the defective product within 14 days return product policy.
 
I’m attaching the receipt that I got with the product as proof it was purchased from your company.
 
This is really frustrating as the customer is suffering and your store and seller is playing blame games. I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for returning the product and receiving full refund as soon as possible.
