Maine apple Iphone 6s order kiya tha 11 June 2021 ko aur family me kch problem hone ki wjh se 14 June 2021 ko maine cancel kr dia . Jo maine payment kia tha uski reference id _ 116206077434 hai , maine payment Paytm payment bank se kiya tha .
Aur jb cancel kiye to seller/2gud ki trf se message aya tha 18 June 2021 ko ki refund successful ho gya h same reference id se aur 21 June 2021 tk apke account me credit ho jayega .
But abhi tk mere account me credit nhi hua hai .
Please help me
