I am Niyas… I use airtel since 2009.but yesterday my sim get damaged…. So i goto airtrl store… They told me my sim card is allready register in other address…. So they can’t give duplicate sim…. But i used this sim last 12 year… My number allready used my bank account and my bussines…. So i can’t loose my number…. Please help me….
