We have purchased BPE 1 KVA UPS for our office on 19.03.2021 with cost of 33100/-.
But since from 2 month onwards UPS become not working, regarding this we have raised complaint on 03.06.2023 for service with warranty (three years warranty on UPS / Two years warranty on Battery). Service person has come on 14.06.2023 and told that UPS board is complaint. So, need to change new board and he booked on the same day. And board has arrived in our office on 13.07.23 and i have intimated through mail also. But till now no response from their mail / or by call. Due to UPS complaint, our office system cannot operate since from 2 month this make too struggling during office hours.
