Hi Team,

Greetings for the day!
This is with regards to the issue related to recharge which was done by mistake on wrong number of amount 500 on 17 Nov 2020 around 9:35 am.
I have connected with the Paytm and Airtel both operator who are mentioning that they won’t be able to initiate the reverse and I have to connect the vice versa operator to get this issue resolved.
Please find the below details and attachment for reference.
Your/Correct Mobile number – +917420844402
Wrong mobile number – 9860430205
Amount – 500/-
Transaction ID – 12253212843
Operator Reference Number – 862704492
It would be a great help if the recharge can be reversed/reverted to the correct number as provided above.
