This is with regards to the issue related to recharge which was done by mistake on wrong number of amount 500 on 17 Nov 2020 around 9:35 am.
I have connected with the Paytm and Airtel both operator who are mentioning that they won’t be able to initiate the reverse and I have to connect the vice versa operator to get this issue resolved.
