sir,
This is jaishankar from chennai, I have bought the vehicle EV300 in 2020 , My vehicle no – TN09 CW 0200, last week 28.10.22 i have sent for servicing of my vehicle they have taken and told me you can get it in the same day itself , but in the evening they have replied today is not possible you can get it on tuesday (25.10.22) but today it self it is not ready i have tried so many times over the phone to contact them they are not picked by land line and mobile also.
I need your advise to proceed with this problem legally. This is not a first time every time it is happening and every customers are facing this issue.
Please help me and do the needful for a justice.
