Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident involving ICICI Bank that has led me to file a formal complaint with the consumer court. I am an account holder at ICICI Bank, and I have been receiving mail that does not belong to me. This unauthorized disclosure of sensitive personal information is a serious breach of my privacy rights.
I received mail of other person, so I call that person 2 times to convince, please update your KYC in bank.
But I failed.
I kindly request the consumer court to take immediate action in addressing this matter and to keep me informed of the proceedings. I trust in the court’s ability to provide a fair resolution to this issue and restore my confidence in the banking system.
