I had taken a personal loan from WOODTSPL (Woodtspl Fintech Pvt. Ltd.), which has been fully repaid and closed. However, the loan account is still being shown as “active/due” in my CIBIL report, despite no outstanding balance.
The company has now shut down and is unreachable, and this incorrect reporting is negatively affecting my credit score and financial reputation.
