Respected Sir,
I’m one of the customers of tata sky (DTH Connection) vide my customer Id is *1326052253* . I had recharge on 17th July 2020 of Rs. 293/- .Still TV Screen displays this message that says *your Tata Sky account is deactivated, Kindly recharge* and I have checked my current Tata Sky Account which has a balance of Rs.228/-. This is to inform you that every day amount is being deducted from my tata sky account balance inspite of deactivation.
This the worst service I have ever had and amount is being from common people and I am totally fed up with tata sky service. i’m not going to continue with the same service.
kindly inform to Tata Sky to refund my recharge Amount of Rs.293/-
