The complaint is reagrding a work from home based fraud, which happened a few week back.i have registered for data entry job from a company called jobsearchnet which offered data entry jobs.They told like they are providing work from home based data entry jobs.so i found the job on olx, they messaged me in whatsapp regarding the details of the job. i didnt had any doubts since it is a data entry job and seemed convincing.but after that they asked for aadhar card and other details and told that these are for authenctication purpose.so i send those documents to them.after that they told like i have to pay some amount to get data entry work, so i started got doubt and then i told them i am not doing the work and after that they threatened me about there will be legal actions against me if i dont pay the amount.so i stopped sending messagesm. Yesterday i got a mail from a law firm in surat, gujarat regarding the issue.they told in the mail like, i have to pay an amout of Rs.5900, otherwise i will have to face some legal actions. i dont know what amount they are regarding to. i dont know what to do. i have sent them my aadhar card and some identification documents.They are threating me with these documents and told me like they are going to move legally. I request you to take neccessary action actions against the fraud.
