Sir,
I bought Voltas AC on july 2022. From the first day of purchase there was a problem. I heard noise from the AC. So I made complaint to Voltas service center. They sent technician to my home. He said there is motor problem. They took 3 months time to resolve motor issue. After that there is no improvement. I again file complaint to the center. They again came and told that there was a board problem. Till now board does not replaced by them. There is no use of AC purchase. I wasn’t use it from the beginning. I had spent huge amount. Till the date 6 months completed, I am very much suffered by VOLTAS Company. I don’t want to continue with the unfair company product. Please resolve my problem.
