I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue related to the Airtel Fiber Junction Box installed in front of my residence.
I reside at:
361 Schn. No. 51,
Sangam Nagar,
Indore 452006.
I appreciate the efforts of your team in providing high-quality services; however, I recently noticed a serious safety concern regarding the placement of the Junction Box. The box has been positioned directly in front of my gate, and what’s more alarming is that it is tied to our electricity wire. This poses a significant safety risk as it could lead to potential hazards.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. The safety of my family and property is of utmost importance, and I believe that swift action is necessary to rectify this situation. I request the following actions to be taken urgently:
Reposition the Junction Box: Please relocate the Junction Box to a safer and more appropriate location, away from our gate and any electrical wiring.
Ensure Proper Wiring: It has come to my notice that the Junction Box is currently tied to our electricity wire. This is highly dangerous and could lead to electrical issues. I request you to separate the Airtel Fiber Junction Box from any existing electrical wiring and ensure proper installation.
Remove Unwanted Wiring: There seems to be unnecessary wiring around the Junction Box. I request you to thoroughly inspect and remove any redundant or unwanted wiring to maintain a neat and safe environment.
I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and take immediate action to address these safety concerns.
