Text of Complaint by Abhishek Das:

Dear Sir/mam, 
 
I have applied for airtel broadband Xtream connection for my address.
 
For wiring purpose Mr. Kamlesh Chauhan was appointed. First of all, he didn’t came at the time for which he took the appointment for and I had to wait for him, saying he is coming. And after he came, he didn’t even did his job properly. He didn’t got the connection properly and left the work unfinished. 
Then your technical team came, they said the connection is not done properly, it needs to be re-done. Again, I called Mr. Kamlesh Chauhan and he said he cannot come and he is on leave. 
Well, that was none of my concern whether your staff is on leave or anything, the work needs to be re-assigned to someone else. 
 
Then I went to the Airtel store for registering the complaint, there on insisting I got the mobile no. of Mr. Rohit Nayak, the technical in-charge of this area. 
 
I called him once, but he didn’t answered and text messaged me that he cant talk now. Then I replied him on message and asked him to look into this matter, but I didnt got any reply. 
 
Then I again called him next day, he didn’t answered the call many times, then finally someone picked up the call, he said he is Mr. Anil Shukla, his behavior was worst, he didn’t had any manner to talk, instead of asking why am calling, he was just insisting, how I got this number. His behavior was very unruly and rude. He was speaking as if he is the owner of airtel, he told me how I got his number, I am the in-charge of this area and whatever. Then Mr. Rohit Nayak picked up the call. He just listened what I am saying and hung up the call. 
 
It was seriously not expected form the airtel team. I had some issue and my work was not getting done that’s why I was calling. And is it the way to behave with the customer ? 
 
Then I finally got my connection installed on 31/08/2020, then again Mr. Kamlesh Chauhan came for the connection, that day also he was not ready to cooperate. He told me that he has to do connections in many places, so he cannot spare more time and asked me to get the connection done from someone else. Then again I need to call Mr. Rohit Nayak, after which he finally did the connection. 
 
I am not at all satisfied with behavior of the airtel staff , it was very unruly. Let me remind, that I am not getting this connection for free. 
 
And after the connection installation also I am not getting speed more then 40 – 50 Mbps. 
 
I sent this mail to 121@airtel.com also many times but I didn’t got any reply from there. 
 
I think I have committed the worst mistake by choosing airtel broadband, this kind of service were not expected.
