Dear Sir

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a withdrawal transaction I initiated on the website winmatch365.com, which has not yet been received in my bank account, despite the status being marked as “Successful” on their portal.

Here are the details of the two transactions:

Transaction 1:

Order ID: 213187W1749247555

Date & Time: 07 June 2025 | 03:35 AM

Withdrawal Amount: ₹50,000

Transaction 2:

Order ID: 213187W1749245770

Withdrawal Amount: ₹25,000
Date & Time: 07, Jun 2025 | 03:06 AM

Username on winmatch365.com: skj.it

I contacted the platform’s support through live chat and received only a generic response stating the transactions are under “verification” and may take 3–4 days, which is not acceptable as this delay has happened in the past as well.

These repeated delays and vague replies raise serious concerns about the credibility of the platform. I request your urgent help to investigate this issue and assist in retrieving my funds.

I have attached screenshots of the transaction details for your reference.
