Dear 1win contact.
I am writing this email to formally raise a complaint regarding the unjust blocking of my 1win account (registered with the email ID: nipankalita144@gmail.com) and the non-receipt of my withdrawal amount of ₹4,012.
I would like to clearly state that I have never violated any of the Site Usage Rules or Clause 9.7 mentioned in your email. I have not used multiple accounts, betting automation software, arbitrage strategies, or misused any loyalty programs. All my activities on the platform were genuine, fair, and done manually in accordance with your terms and conditions.
Before my account was blocked, I had successfully placed bets and requested a withdrawal of ₹4,012. However, the amount has neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my 1win balance. Blocking my account without providing specific evidence or a clear reason, and withholding my legitimate withdrawal amount, is extremely disappointing and reflects poor service.
I respectfully request the following:
1. A clear and specific explanation with proof for blocking my account.
2. Immediate processing and transfer of my pending withdrawal amount of ₹4,012 to my registered bank account.
3. A proper review of my account activity by your security team.
If this issue is not resolved within a reasonable time, I will be forced to escalate the matter to relevant consumer grievance platforms and legal authorities, as withholding a user’s legitimate funds without valid justification is unacceptable.
The 1win security team didn’t give valid reason of blocked my account. And didn’t proceed my withdrawal money. A lots of money are in the account.
I request you to credit my all money then block my account.
I hope your team will handle this matter professionally and resolve it at the earliest.
