On 26th September, an Airtel broadband executive named Saif Ali Ansari ( mob- 9667965717 ) visited my office ( D-29 sec-3 Noida-201301 ) and convinced me to install Airtel WiFi. He explained the ₹499 plan and told me that there would be an initial charge of ₹2500, which would cover the ₹499 plan for five months.
He also promised that I would receive a ₹300 Airtel recharge voucher, which could be used to recharge any Airtel number.
However, I have not received any vouchers till now. Every time I call, he postpones by saying “tomorrow,” and now he has stopped responding to calls and messages.
I feel I have been misled with false promises.
I now request that you please get in touch with Saif Ali Ansari and ensure that I receive the voucher that was promised to me.

I have been properly emailing since October 8th, but I haven’t received any proper reply yet. Only calls from Airtel come, they listen to my problem and say they will help me, but after that, there is no response. I have been troubled for almost 20 days.
