I am writing to raise a complaint against Valmo Courier regarding my recent order. I did not receive any call, SMS, or delivery attempt notification from the courier. However, my order was marked as canceled without being delivered to me.
This is highly disappointing as I was waiting for my package and there was no communication from Valmo before canceling it.
I request you to:
Investigate why the courier did not attempt delivery or contact me.
Ensure such incidents do not happen in the future.
Re-ship my order at the earliest / provide me with an alternative resolution.
