I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my Airtel subscription plan.
I have purchased the ₹999 plan, which clearly includes a Netflix subscription. However, I am being charged an additional ₹427 per month without any explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through Airtel customer service, I have not received a valid explanation or solution. The representatives have been unable to clarify the nature of these extra charges.
I request a thorough investigation into this matter and a prompt resolution. Kindly refund any unjustified charges and ensure that my plan benefits are honoured as advertised.
