Text of Complaint by Treesa:

On October 28, I ordered two dress from Zuhaira by amjo Design and paid ₹7,600. After the payment, I did not receive any proper updates from them. They were not replying to my messages or answering my calls.

I continuously tried to contact them through calls and messages. Only after I informed them that I might file a case, they sent me one dress worth ₹4,600 something . Other than that, I have received nothing.

Today is November 23, and it has been almost one month. Still, there is no communication, no reply, and no delivery. I also have proof in the form of old videos and chats.

Whenever I message, they simply say “it is ready and waiting for pick-up,” but nothing is actually delivered. After that, again there is no response for long time.very bad service .

I kindly request you to take necessary action regarding this matter.please
