Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding an unauthorized loan account that has appeared on my CIBIL score. Upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered an account labeled as “1441192u” from Landbox, indicating a loan that I have not taken or authorized.
Details of the unauthorized account are as follows:

Lender: Landbox(Transactree Technolgies Private Limited)
Date Appeared on CIBIL Score: 03/08/2022
Sanctioned Amount: INR 25,000
Current Balance: INR 70,924
I would like to assert that I have not engaged in any financial transactions with Landbox nor have I applied for any loans from them. Therefore, the presence of this account on my credit report is erroneous and highly concerning.
I have thoroughly reviewed my financial records, and there is no evidence of any agreement or correspondence with Landbox regarding a loan. This unauthorized entry on my credit report not only damages my creditworthiness but also raises serious questions about the integrity of credit reporting systems.
As a consumer, I am protected under the law from such instances of unauthorized lending and erroneous reporting. I am requesting the consumer complaints court to investigate this matter thoroughly and take necessary actions to rectify the erroneous entry on my credit report. Furthermore, I request appropriate compensation for any damages incurred due to this unauthorized loan entry.
Enclosed with this letter are copies of relevant documents, including my credit report highlighting the unauthorized loan account, as well as any additional evidence supporting my claim.
